Mr. Li Wenbo was born in February 1980.  He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of the Company. He is an Intermediate Economist and Engineer, graduated from School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, Hefei University of Technology majoring in mechanical design and manufacturing, and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree. He has served as Assistant Minister of Human Resources/Organization Department of Sinotrans Group Co., LTD., Deputy director, Director, Assistant Minister and Director of Personnel Department/Cadre Supervision Department of Human Resources Department of China Merchants Group Co., LTD., Assistant Minister and director of Cadre Department, Deputy minister and director of Cadre Department.
