He is a Senior Engineer, graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, majoring in Port and Waterway Engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd., shares of which are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Director of Qingdao Qianwan United Container Terminal Co., Ltd., the Director of Qingdao Qianwan New United Container Terminal Co., Ltd., the Director of Hong Kong Modern Terminals Limited and the Chairman of Zhanjiang China Merchants Port City Investment Co., Ltd..
