Mr. Li Wenbo was born in February 1980.  He currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of the Company and the Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd., shares of which are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He is an Intermediate Economist and Engineer, graduated from the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, with a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical design and manufacturing. He has served as the Assistant General Manager and Assistant Minister of the Human Resources Department of Sinotrans Group Co., Ltd., the Deputy Director, the Director of the Personnel Division, the Assistant Minister and concurrently the Director of the Personnel and Cadre Supervision Division, the Assistant Minister and concurrently Director of the Cadre Division, the Deputy minister and concurrently the Director of the Cadre Division of the Human Resources Department of China Merchants Group Co., Ltd..
