CMPort Awarded“The Golden Bauhinia- Listed Company with Most Investment Potential”

   In celebration of it's 25th year as a Hong Kong Stock Market Listed Company，China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited （“CMPort”, HKSE Code: 00144) has been awarded “The Golden Bauhinia- Listed Company with Most Investment Potential”（“金紫荆-最具投资潜力上市公司奖”）on 30th of November 2017,the award is delivered on the 7th Hong Kong International Finance Week held by Takongpo. Mr. Li Yinquan, the Director of China Merchants Group attended the event as award presenter, Mr. Yan Gang, the Deputy General Manager of CMPort, accepted the award on behalf of CMPort.

   Mr.Jiang Zaizhong, member of the National Committee of the Political Consultative Conference and the Chairman of Hong Kong Takong Wenhui Media Group(香港大公文汇传媒集团),Mr Paul Chan, the financial secretary of HKSAR， Directors，CEOs and representatives of over 100 listed companies in Mainland China and Hong Kong attended the event.

   Mr.Yan Gang said, “CMPort awarded listed company with most investment potential, mainly because the global investors has fully affirmed CMPort's active participation in China port consolidation, overseas port investments alongside with the“Belt and'Road”initiative, as well as the logistics and trade facilitation in“Guangdong HongKong Macau Bay Area”. CMPort has been performing well so far, from January to October 2017, the domestic and overseas projects in which CMPort invested delivered a container throughput of 85.61 million TEUs, up 7.6% compared with the same period in 2016.In which ,the two overseas Greenfield projects Colombo International Container Terminals Limited in Sri Lanka and Lomé Container Terminal S.A. in Togo shown excellent performances, of which recorded 20.3% and 71.0% growth respectively. CMPort is confident to complete the goal of 100million TEUs for the full year.
